Betsy Lambert is a writer, poet, medical intuitive, and Body Code Practitioner. When her first grandchildren were born two days apart in 2006, she and her husband Russ decided to retire to become supportive grandparents. The following year Betsy left Corporate America, where she had served as a veteran communications and public relations expert. Her Reiki training subsequently led her to become certified in Quantum-Touch® and the Emotion & Body Code, and she now has a nationwide, phone-based energy healing practice. The 2020 Covid isolation revived her interest in poetry and now many of her poems are posted on her Zoom Poets Society Facebook page.
